Outright payment can be spread within 3 months.

Pay the appropriate reservation fee and spread the balance within the preferred duration.

Building or Plot allocation is done immediately the reservation fee is paid.

Reservation fee is also part payment for the building.

Indenture is provided after full payment.

You can move in after 2 to 3 months of paying 60% deposit .

1) Cash payment is not accepted. Gyaaba Estate will not take responsibility for any payment made by cash or payments made in any other name or cash handed over to staff and the client does so at his/her own risk

2) Issue post – dated cheques covering the preferred duration to Kimco Properties & Investment

3) Gyaaba Estate is managed by Kimco Properties & Investment.
